Computer repair reviews from our customers

Amazing service. I took my gaming laptop here for a motherboard repair as a last resort after another shop I had taken it to told me it couldn’t be fixed.

Linas was super professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great throughout the process and I got frequent updates on what was going on. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I got a call the next day where he explained what was wrong and assured me he would be able to fix it.

He repaired the motherboard with no issue and also replaced the screen, which had been broken during the repair by the first shop I took my laptop to.

I also paid a very good price for the repairs.

I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time with other places that might do more harm than good!

My laptop suddenly stopped turning on, and I had no idea what could have caused it. I tried everything I could think of and searched online for possible solutions, but nothing worked. Taking it to a repair shop was therefore my last resort. I was quite worried that they might come to the same conclusion as me and that the repair could end up costing almost as much as the laptop itself.

Their website states: “IF WE CAN’T FIX IT, NO ONE ELSE CAN,” which was one of the main reasons I chose them. Although this was my first time using a computer repair shop, I have to say they definitely lived up to that description.

My repair was handled by a man named Linus, who was very — and I mean very — knowledgeable about computers. During the initial consultation and inspection, I explained everything I had done with the laptop before it stopped working. From that alone, he was already able to suggest several possible causes and clearly knew what he was looking for.

Less than 1 hour later, I received a text explaining what the problem was and confirming that they had managed to fix it that same day. Linus also gave me a detailed explanation of what had caused the issue, rather than simply telling me that it had been repaired, which I really appreciated.

After a couple of days of use and several benchmark tests, my laptop is working 100% normally with no issues.

I would definitely recommend this repair service to anyone having computer problems, even if you have to travel a little further to get there. Based on my experience, it was absolutely worth it.

If you have a dead laptop or complex board issue, look no further. I picked up a pre-owned Alienware m18 that was stuck in a boot loop. While the previous owner blamed software, it actually had extensive internal liquid damage.
He diagnosed the board right away, repaired the power rails, and replaced dead micro-IC chips at the component level to bring it back to life. He is a true component-level wizard who actually knows how to repair boards rather than just swapping expensive assemblies. Honest, fairly priced, and incredible work. He's in high demand for a reason—if he has an opening, grab it!

I called Computer Repair Ltd on strength of reviews. I spoke to Lee and explained that my HP Laptop was failing to boot up and I had tried all options I had. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Data recovery, replacement hard drive and an extra 8Gb of ram added for a very very reasonable price. 8 day turn around. I have no hesitation recommending this company. Remember to ring first to arrange a meet time as the shop is not always manned.

Sunken all your time to fix a laptop yourself but realise it needs a board-level repair? Speak to Lee and get yourself into the tucked-in office outlet with a free quote. With an offer of no diagnostic charge and a "no fix, no fee" policy, there's no fuss.
Lee even offered to showcase the working condition laptop to give peace of mind. This is where your impossible becomes his possible. Thanks Lee.
