Greenwich computer repair

Repair help from the town centre
to the peninsula.

We arrange laptop, Mac and PC repairs for Greenwich homes and businesses. Choose a visit to your address, collection or a workshop assessment, depending on what suits the fault.

Start with what has gone wrong and your postcode. A computer that will not start, a damaged laptop or a problem with the equipment on your desk can all be described in plain language.

Where is the computer?

Your part of Greenwich

  • Greenwich town centre
  • Greenwich Peninsula
  • East Greenwich
  • Blackheath Standard

Enter the postcode for the property where you need help. We will confirm the building and entrance when arranging the repair.

A suitable way to get it repaired

You can enquire before
disconnecting your setup.

A visit to your home or business

If the fault happens with a printer, Wi-Fi connection or monitor at your desk, say so. A visit can help us check the equipment together.

Collection from your building

Ask for collection if workshop attention is needed and you prefer not to move the computer yourself. We will agree the handover point and contact details.

An arranged workshop assessment

Parts fitting and more detailed testing may need workshop equipment. We will explain the next step and confirm where the computer should go.

Town centre or North Greenwich?

The right address.
A smoother handover.

Greenwich DLR and North Greenwich Underground station are different locations. North Greenwich is on Millennium Way on the peninsula. If you use a station as a landmark, include the street and full postcode as well.

For a flat or office in a managed building, tell us the building name and visitor entrance when booking. Mention a reception desk, concierge or lift if it affects how we reach you or collect the equipment.

Local references: TfL: Greenwich DLR and North Greenwich.

Make the handover clear

Who will have the computer?

If someone else will be present, explain that when arranging the collection. Agree who will hand over the device and what is included before leaving it with reception or another person.

You do not need to put entry codes or account passwords in the enquiry form.

From enquiry to an agreed plan

Know what will happen
before handing it over.

We will discuss the repair or assessment, price and likely timing. If a fault cannot be confirmed from your description alone, we will explain what needs checking.

  1. Describe the fault and the deviceInclude your postcode and whether a visit or collection would be easier.
  2. Agree the repair arrangementsWe will confirm the suitable method, location and handover details.
  3. Choose whether to go aheadYou are not committed to a booking simply by sending the form.

Laptop motherboard repair

Amazing service. I took my gaming laptop here for a motherboard repair as a last resort after another shop I had taken it to told me it couldn’t be fixed.

Laptop won’t turn on

After a couple of days of use and several benchmark tests, my laptop is working 100% normally with no issues.

Before you book

Greenwich repairs:
practical questions.

Can you visit a home on Greenwich Peninsula?

Yes. Request a visit and include your full postcode. When arranging it, give the building name and correct visitor entrance, along with any reception or access details.

Is saying that I am near Greenwich station enough?

Please include the street and postcode as well. Greenwich DLR and North Greenwich Underground station are different places, and a building may have more than one entrance.

Can my computer be collected from a managed building?

Collection can be arranged. Tell us about the visitor entrance and who will hand over the device. Do not leave it at reception for an unconfirmed collection; agree the details first.

Where is the workshop if I would rather bring it in?

Our South Woodford workshop is one option for an arranged visit. It is not a Greenwich branch. Check the destination and appointment before travelling, or request collection instead.
