Wimbledon computer repair

At home, at work.
Start with the problem.

A laptop that will not charge, a Mac that keeps freezing or a desktop that has stopped working can interrupt your whole day. Tell us what you are seeing, without worrying about the technical name.

We arrange computer repair for homes and businesses in Wimbledon. Ask for a visit or collection, or discuss a workshop repair if the device needs closer attention.

Which part of Wimbledon?

Your address makes it clear

  • Wimbledon town centre and the Broadway
  • Wimbledon Village
  • South Wimbledon
  • Haydons Road and nearby streets

Use the postcode where the computer is, rather than a nearby station or your workplace if the repair is at home.

Choose what works for you

You do not have to carry
everything to a workshop.

Help where you use it

For problems with your desk setup, printer or connection, describe what is connected to the computer. A visit lets us consider the equipment together.

Collection by arrangement

Prefer to keep your day free of a drop-off journey? Ask about collection. We will agree the address, handover and what equipment to include.

Workshop attention when needed

A damaged screen or an internal fault may need workshop tools and testing. We will explain the suitable next step before you arrange transport.

Town, Village or South Wimbledon

A clear address.
An easier visit.

Wimbledon station is on the Broadway. South Wimbledon is a separate station on the Northern line, while the Village has its own High Street. A station name or simply “Wimbledon High Street” may not give us everything needed to arrange a visit.

Include your full postcode in the enquiry. When booking, confirm the street, building number and entrance. If your home or office is above a shop, tell us where the separate entrance is.

Local references: TfL: Wimbledon station and South Wimbledon.

Before the visit

Keep your setup as it is

If the problem involves a monitor, printer or Wi-Fi connection, there is usually no need to dismantle everything just to send an enquiry. Describe when the problem happens and what still works.

For collection, we will confirm whether to include the charger or other accessories. Keep passwords and door entry codes out of the enquiry.

A straightforward next step

Send the details.
Decide after we discuss it.

We will discuss a suitable repair method, the price and likely timing. Some faults need an assessment before the repair can be priced. We will explain that before you choose whether to proceed.

  1. Describe the computer and faultA few plain words are fine. Include the postcode and your preferred repair method.
  2. Confirm the arrangementsWe will discuss the repair and practical details of a visit, collection or workshop assessment.
  3. Choose whether to bookSending an enquiry does not commit you to having the repair done.

Laptop motherboard repair

Amazing service. I took my gaming laptop here for a motherboard repair as a last resort after another shop I had taken it to told me it couldn’t be fixed.

After a couple of days of use and several benchmark tests, my laptop is working 100% normally with no issues.

Before you book

Wimbledon repair questions.

Do you arrange visits in both Wimbledon town centre and the Village?

Yes. Tell us your full postcode and the fault. When booking, confirm the street and entrance so we can arrange the visit at the right property.

Can you collect from my home or office in South Wimbledon?

Yes, collection can be arranged. Say whether the device is at a home or workplace and who will hand it over. We will confirm the collection details before you leave the computer with anyone else.

What if my flat or office is above a shop?

Mention the separate entrance, floor and any relevant access arrangements when booking. The shop name can be a useful landmark, but we will also need the actual repair address.

Do I need to travel to a workshop?

Not necessarily. Request a visit or collection if that suits you better. Our South Woodford workshop is an option for an arranged drop-off, not a Wimbledon branch. Confirm the destination before travelling.
