My laptop suddenly stopped turning on, and I had no idea what could have caused it. I tried everything I could think of and searched online for possible solutions, but nothing worked. Taking it to a repair shop was therefore my last resort. I was quite worried that they might come to the same conclusion as me and that the repair could end up costing almost as much as the laptop itself.

Their website states: “IF WE CAN’T FIX IT, NO ONE ELSE CAN,” which was one of the main reasons I chose them. Although this was my first time using a computer repair shop, I have to say they definitely lived up to that description.

My repair was handled by a man named Linus, who was very — and I mean very — knowledgeable about computers. During the initial consultation and inspection, I explained everything I had done with the laptop before it stopped working. From that alone, he was already able to suggest several possible causes and clearly knew what he was looking for.

Less than 1 hour later, I received a text explaining what the problem was and confirming that they had managed to fix it that same day. Linus also gave me a detailed explanation of what had caused the issue, rather than simply telling me that it had been repaired, which I really appreciated.

After a couple of days of use and several benchmark tests, my laptop is working 100% normally with no issues.

I would definitely recommend this repair service to anyone having computer problems, even if you have to travel a little further to get there. Based on my experience, it was absolutely worth it.

Remember to ring first to arrange a meet time as the shop is not always manned.
