Lee's service was excellent when he repaired my laptop. He is reliable, and a good communicator. I went with a PC that hadn't been working for two years after I was told it was beyond repair. Lee fixed it, and when I remembered one of the keys on the laptop was sticking (a long-standing problem) he fixed it there and then. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a laptop or computer fixed.

Brought my old 2012 Macbook pro in for repair so my son could use it for music recording. They managed to upgrade the operating software and install Logic Pro for me as well (without me requesting) which was super helpful. THANK YOU!
Liquid damage & hinge repair
Lee is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. His expertise and transparency instantly made me trust his work—and he proved me right. He quickly fixed two issues with my Dell XPS 13 (water damage affecting the screen and a broken hinge), and the repairs have held up. Pricing was fair; I'd highly recommend him.

Laptop motherboard repair
Brought my Asus laptop with no power. Manufacturer quoted to replace the motherboard which was same cost as a new machine (out of warranty). Linas ordered some chips from China and replaced these components, brought my machine back to life at a quarter of the cost. Very happy with this repair, thank you!

----------I had dropped off my Pride and Joy Gaming Laptop for a GPU and hardware repair and replacement, far from an easy task.
Lee was able to offer a competitive quote (which was cheaper than other providers around), speedy repair time and was professional, courteous and informative throughout the repair process, letting me know the EXACT issues found, alongside replacement components, repair cost and repair time.
Lee was also kind enough to offer flexibility for my travel time and arrangements, offering to wait beyond working hours for me to drop off and collect my laptop, which is greatly appreciated.
Overall, I can say nothing other than the fact I am thrilled with the service I received. Without any hassle or surprise fees unlike other quotes I was offered elsewhere, I received my laptop back in an immaculate, pristine and faultless condition working exactly to my requirements.
It is noticeable that the Team took great care of my laptop whilst it was in their care, and were understanding how much it meant to me from a practical and sentimental perspective.

I came to this place having problems with another computer repair store as they misdiagnosed my laptops problem. Mr. Lee was very helpful and friendly and even helped me get a refund from the misdiagnosis. The service he provides is exceptional as not only is he fast but he does it for a very good price. Although this place is a bit far from central London, I would still recommend going here as Mr. Lee will save you time and money.
