Stratford computer repair

A broken computer.
One less thing to organise.

Whether your laptop has been damaged or your work computer will not start, begin with a short description of the problem. We will discuss the repair and a practical way to get it sorted.

We arrange visits to Stratford homes and businesses, collection and workshop repair. You do not need to know which part has failed before asking for help.

Where do you need help?

Tell us your part of Stratford

  • Stratford town centre
  • Around Stratford International
  • Stratford High Street
  • Carpenters Estate and nearby streets

Include the full postcode in your enquiry. We will confirm the property address and entrance when booking.

Repair around your day

At your desk.
Or collected from your door.

A home or business visit

Tell us if the fault involves your monitor, printer or internet connection as well as the computer. A visit can help us check the setup where you use it.

Collection from your address

If the device needs workshop attention, ask for collection. We will confirm the building, entrance and person handing over the equipment.

Workshop repair by arrangement

For a drop-off, agree the destination before travelling. We will discuss what needs checking and whether to bring the charger or other accessories.

More than one station area

The right entrance
makes all the difference.

Stratford, Stratford International and Stratford High Street are separate stations. “Near the station” or “by Westfield” can describe several different places, so include the street and building details when arranging your repair.

For an apartment or business with reception, tell us which visitor entrance to use. If someone else will hand over the computer, agree that person and the equipment being collected before leaving it with them.

Local reference: TfL station map. Station names are landmarks, not our collection points.

Planning a visit or collection

Is there anything to know about access?

Some Stratford parking zones have extended restrictions on event days at the Olympic Park or London Stadium. If your property has a visitor bay, loading entrance or booked access slot, mention it when arranging the visit.

Arrangements depend on the actual street and building. See Newham parking-zone information for local details.

You choose the next step

A clear repair plan.
Before you commit.

We will discuss the suitable repair method, price and likely timing. If the fault needs an inspection first, we will explain the assessment before you decide whether to proceed.

  1. Tell us what happenedDescribe the device and problem, and add the postcode where you need help.
  2. Discuss a suitable arrangementChoose a visit, collection or an agreed workshop destination as appropriate.
  3. Confirm before handing it overAgree the next step and who will hand over the computer. An enquiry is not a booking commitment.

Laptop motherboard repair

Amazing service. I took my gaming laptop here for a motherboard repair as a last resort after another shop I had taken it to told me it couldn’t be fixed.

Before you book

Arranging a repair in Stratford.

Can you visit my Stratford flat or business?

Yes. Include the postcode and fault in the form. When arranging the visit, tell us the building or unit number, correct visitor entrance and any reception arrangements.

Can you collect a laptop near Stratford International?

Yes, collection can be arranged from an agreed property address. Include the street and postcode rather than only the station name. We do not use the station as a general drop-off or handover point.

What if my building has a concierge or several entrances?

Confirm which entrance we should use and who will hand over the device. Do not leave the computer with a concierge for an unconfirmed collection. Agree the arrangement first.

Is there a workshop I can visit instead?

Our South Woodford workshop is an option for an arranged drop-off. It is not a Stratford branch. Check the visit details and confirm the destination before setting off, or ask for collection if that is easier.
