There’s no extra fee for coming out to South East London. When you contact us, we assign the nearest available engineer and in most cases can get someone to you the same day or next day. You pay for the repair, nothing else.
The engineer will diagnose the problem at your home or office and, where possible, fix it on the spot. Most software problems, virus removals and many hardware repairs can be sorted in one visit. If something needs workshop time – a motherboard repair or a screen that needs a specific part ordered in – the engineer will explain that clearly, take the machine away, and get it back to you as quickly as possible.
There’s no obligation after the diagnostic either. If it turns out the repair isn’t worth doing given the age or value of the machine, we’ll tell you that honestly rather than take your money.
Probably the most common thing we deal with. Cracked screens, black screens, screens with lines through them – we replace them on all makes and models including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and Apple MacBooks. Laptop screen repair is usually a 24-48 hour turnaround once we have the correct part.
Spilled coffee on the keyboard, laptop went through the wash in a bag, kid knocked a drink over it – we see this a lot. The important thing with liquid damage is speed. The sooner it gets looked at the better the chances of saving it, so don’t leave it sitting in a bag of rice for three days and hope for the best. Call us.
